Welcome to Streatham to Gatwick Airport Transfers. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline our obligations to you and your responsibilities when using our services. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made online or via telephone at least 12 hours before pickup time.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the booking is accepted. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate information such as date, time, pickup address, and flight number (if applicable).
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are fixed at the time of booking and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Extra charges may apply for additional stops, delays caused by the passenger, or excessive waiting time.
- Payment can be made online, in cash to the driver, or via card upon request.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 6 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup will be charged the full fare.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Airport Pickups
- We monitor all flights using the flight number provided to ensure timely pickups.
- Our driver will wait up to 60 minutes from your flight’s actual landing time. Further waiting may incur additional charges.
- It is your responsibility to provide correct flight details and update us in case of flight changes.
5. Luggage & Passenger Capacity
- Each vehicle has a limited luggage and passenger capacity. Please choose a suitable car type during booking.
- Excess luggage not disclosed in advance may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
- Child seats are available upon request but must be mentioned during the booking.
6. Delays & Liability
- We aim to be punctual and reliable, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for any missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays beyond our control.
- In case of unavoidable delays or driver unavailability, we will attempt to provide an alternative driver or offer a full refund.
7. Passenger Conduct
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward our drivers will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of the journey.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances is not allowed in the vehicle.
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
8. Privacy Policy
- We collect only necessary personal information to fulfill your booking.
- Your data is never shared with third parties except for the purposes of executing your trip (e.g., assigning a driver).

9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or pandemics.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those terms.
